The fifth-annual Rick Hansen Wheels in Motion event is set to roll this Saturday, June 7 at Fred Raper Park.

Participants are invited to walk, run, cycle or rollerblade the five-km route.

This year's event will feature a wheelchair obstacle course, a short program, and a warmup before the Meaford Marching Scarecrow Kazoo Band leads the walkers from the park, accompanied by an OPP escort.

Water will be available on the route, and there will be a free lunch for all participants afterwards
Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. start.

Funds raised at this year's event will be put toward making Meaford Museum accessible.
