A 36-year-old Meaford man is facing a number of charges in connection with an incident in Collingwood last Friday.
Collingwood OPP officers received a tip from a resident who was concerned about the behaviour of a cyclist on Pretty River Parkway.
Const. Theresa Van Boven, community services officer, said the man "was yelling and carrying on and not forthcoming with his identity when dealing with police."
Police have charged the man with causing a disturbance, failing to identify himself and issued a summons for failing to keep right when traveling at a slower-than-normal speed.
He will appear in Collingwood court on Mar. 4.
