Cops seek answers after truck stolen

Grey County OPP is looking for information to locate a stolen truck and find the person or persons responsible.

The truck is described as a 1998 Dodge Dakota pickup truck that is teal green in colour bearing Ontario licence plates 2962AW.

The owner left the vehicle near the shop at his home, unlocked with a full tank of gas.

It is believed the truck was stolen sometime between 9 p.m. on Tuesday April 7 and 7 a.m. Wednesday April 8.

All area residents are reminded to keep their vehicles locked.

Anyone with information that might assist is asked to contact Grey County OPP or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).

Constable Heather Kowalsky is the investigating officer.
